Natalie and I are headed in to for Embryo transfer in about 45 minutes, and we are pretty nervous.
We have been through this once before (all the shots, medication, blood test and ultra-sounds) and it didn't work, but this time feels different. Alhtough we are nervous and excited we are also feeling very optimistic and expect everything to work out perfectly. Fingers crossed for twins.
Will let you know how it goes!

p.s. while I said today is the day. We won't know if Natalie is actually pregnant for two more weeks, so that will be the REAL day. And I guess you need to wait nine months for the baby to actually be born. So I guess that is more accurately the real day. Needless to say, we are excited for today.
