Buffalo's Top 10

A trip to Buffalo isn't complete without a top ten list.

So here is what Jacob and Cameron had to say:

JACOB
1: Hill Cummorah Pageant
2: 5K run
3: Soccer with Adrian and his friends
4: Fantasy Island
5: Maid of the Mist (Niagara Falls)
6: Miniature Golf and Video Games
7: Spaulding Lake
8: Anchor Bar (he didn't have wings)
9: All the food
10: Playing Frisbee

CAMERON:
1: Wings at Anchor Bar
2: Soccer
3: Fantasy Island
4: Playing with Taylor
5: Spaulding Lake
6: Miniature Golf and Video Games
7: Hill Cummorah Pageant
8: Maid of the Mist
9: Rollerblading
10: Building a shelf and working for Natalie

And some pics to prove it:

Surprising that this one made #1:

We did the YMCA Old Home Days 5k one evening. It was a lot of fun. Thanks to Cam for watching Taylor. I was proud of Jacob who came in with a time of about 28:30.

Maid of the Mist. Jacob was disappointed that we didn't get more wet and that the ride was so short. Cameron disagreed, noting that he got more wet than he would have liked and the ride was a little too long.

Fantasy Island isn't quite as classy as Lagoon, but in the eyes of a 2 year old, it's about as fun. Taylor had a blast. The rest of us had a great time too (but we were glad we paid the evening rate).

We always love a chance to take people to the Anchor Bar. This was no exception, and Cameron was as happy as he could have been.
Jacob on the other hand, wasn't even into trying the spicy wings, so he got chicken fingers.

One of our favorite things to do in Buffalo is swim and kayak in Spaulding Lake. We went a few times this last week. Taylor was in swimming heaven and we even gave Cam a chance to show off for a few girls.

And last, but not least, I put Cameron to work while he was here. He built me this great shelf so that I can keep my back porch clean and organized. Maybe one day I will paint it.

It was sad to see them go! We love visitors.

Jacob keeps saying he is so bummed to be home. He finally admitted to me it was because there were so many adults around and not a lot of kids. I guess now that he's back home wil all the kids, he doesn't get quite the attention he's used to. Thanks for spoiling him. Everyone deserves to be spoiled once in awhile.

Tristan is right, every kid needs to get a bunch of attention once in a while. I loved reading about the trip and seeing all the pictures.
Natalie, get on my website to see a couple of Kenzie's bridals. christysphotography.net
