JERVIS BAY- WHITEST SAND ON EARTH

Have I mentioned that I am an aweful driver in Australia? Well, I am. I have run red lights, been caught speeding by a photo cop, and driven on the wrong side of the road more than once (and I can't say Adrian is much better). Needless to say, it was no surprise that we got lost trying to get out of Sydney on a little weekend roadtrip. We made a few costly (both time and money) mistakes and directed ourselves over the wrong bridge ($), then back over the bridge, off the wrong exit, back off the wrong exit, and finally were on our way to paradise. We almost decided to bag the whole trip after an hour of driving around the city just trying to get out.

We are glad we didnt, it was so worth it!

Taylor spent the majority of time drawing letters in the sand. He specializes in the letter "T"

Have you noticed that Tay has a stick all the time? When we left our Sydney apt I had a bunch of sticks to get rid of.
The trip was fabulous and the weather was gorgeous! We wish we could have stayed longer.
p.s. we are actually en route home from Australia, but I have a lot of catching up to do.

The best place ever! I am so glad that you made it down that way. Now you can see why we are willing to drive 20 hours just to spend 3 days there. Cannot wait to see all of your pictures of Cairns. Hope the return trip went well.
