THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD

We spent this weekend on the Great Ocean Road near Melbourne. It was beautiful! It is a drive along the southern coast of Australia. The view is fantastic! We were able to stop in a few of the small towns to eat, play on the beach, and to sleep. Here are some of our best pics of the trip.

The Grotto. Notice the guys swimming in the background.
The Arch.
The 12 Apostles. Here are only two of them. There were a bunch more on the other side, but the sun was shining directly at them and we couldn't get a great pic. A few of the 12 no longer exist.

For those of us new to driving in Australia, these signs were quite helpful.

More Fish n' Chips. I'm pretty sure Adrian is the only one that likes them.

We went to a golf course where approximately 1000 kangaroos reside. Guess how many we saw? Two. They were sitting down far off in the distance. They could've really been deer for all we know. Still on a search for Kangaroos. Haven't seen Koalas yet either. We accidentally missed the turnoff to see them.

This trip was awesome and we would recommend it to anyone traveling in Australia. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there.

Wow! That looks like so much fun. Definitely jealous. What an adventure.

And on an unrelated note - your hair is cute darker! :)
