Happy Birthday

This little boy turned 4 yesterday! I can't believe it has already been 4 years since he was born. We love him so much and are so glad he is part of our family. He makes us laugh every day.

For my mom:
A few funny things he has said lately...

In the car we were listening to NPR and they were talking about the tea party. Taylor said, "I wish we could go to that tea party."

"You do?"

"Yes. And I hope they have herbal tea and not just iced tea."

Tonight he said his prayers while Adrian took the garbage out.

He said, "and please bless daddy that he will get in safely, without any mosquito bites."

The other day he was having a hard time going to the bathroom.

While on the toilet he said, "Mom, can you please bring me some celery to eat?"

"Not while you are in the bathroom."

"But I need it so I can get my stinks out."

My friend, Laney, had told him that he should eat vegetables because it helps his poop come out easily.

And one final thought. Don't ever let a 4 year old play with a whoopie cushion right before bed. It does nothing to get them ready for sleep.
