
Because I teach group fitness classes, many people ask me this question:
"Why do I still have flabby abs? I have been going to an abs class for over a year."
Guess what? Doing sit-ups isn't going to give you a nice, flat stomach!
If you want a flat stomach you need to do cardio. You need to burn the fat. Sit-ups build muscle. They do not make fat magically disappear.
