My cousin, Mark, and his wife Kathryn, were nice enough to let us stay at their place. We had a lot of fun spending time with them and getting to know each other better. Kathryn and I agreed that getting to know each other in real life was better than just reading each others' blogs. I think playing Scattergories together may have been the highlight of the trip.
We also spent some time at the MET where Adrian was able to share a lot of his art history knowledge with us.
Because it was soooo cold outside, we decided to spend Saturday afternoon at the Lion King on Broadway. It was a great show and worth the cost.
We also got to hang out with our good friends Talmage, Anita, Noah, Kristie, Jared, and Ruth. It was fun to see them.

grr... Come again soon, sorry.
looks like a fun trip
what is the book about?
What a fun trip! I've always wanted to go to NYC. (I'm especially jealous that you went to Lion King; I've heard it's fabulous!)
Adrian, I was thrilled to read about your book. I loved the concept of focusing on a virtue every month. I am now looking forward to reading an autographed copy.
