NOG FEST!!!

Here was the poem we used to invite some of our friends to the second annual NOG FEST:

Come to drink Egg Nog
Bring a treat to share
Perhaps wear a sweater showing off your holiday flair
There will be cider and carols and merriment making,
A roaring fire and smells of potpourri baking.
So don't be a scrooge, a grinch, or a jerk-
Come to the party, at least its not work.

But it wasn't just about the Nog, there were also as many as two people singing Christmas Carols

Everybody tried to do their best job of ignoring the fact that we were singing Christmas Carols, but after about the 4th round of the classic Christmas song "Marshmallow World" they couldn't ignore David Mageroni's American Idle-esque talents. By the end there were as many as 6 people singing along.

Although not everyone wore appropriate sweaters, we had plenty of holiday flair to go around.


We even had some of my fellow lawyers come along, we just had everyone agree in advance that if anybody slipped and fell on the sidewalk coming in- I had first dibs on being their attorney since it was my house.

Bessy, Ehret, Wess, and Chris were downing the Nog like it was going out of style (or at least as if it was a seasonal drink).
